Outstanding Achievement of Students of the School of International Relations in the Turkmenistan International Relations Olympiad 2026

Students of the School of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs participated in the Turkmenistan International Relations Olympiad themed “The Culture of Peace Dialogue” hosted by the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan in Ashgabat and achieved .remarkable results

 A group of students from the School of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs took part in the Turkmenistan International Relations Olympiad on the theme of “The Culture of Peace Dialogue,” hosted
by the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, which was held in Ashgabat from Ordibehesht 21 to 23 of the current year (May 11–13, 2026). The students achieved outstanding success in the competition. In this competition, which brought together 313 participants from 14 Asian and European countries, including 153 international participants and 160 participants from Turkmenistan, Mr. Ali Asgari Biabani, a student of the School of International Relations, won first place and the gold medal. Ms. Fatemeh Asadi, also a student of the School of International Relations, received the silver medal, and Ms. Fatemeh Ebrahimi also from SIR won the bronze medal.

      This commendable achievement has been attained while our beloved country, Iran, is facing sensitive circumstances affected by the Third Imposed War. The efforts and brilliance of these valued students under such conditions reflect their determination, academic excellence, sense of responsibility, and commitment to their homeland. The School of International Relations congratulates these dear students and expresses its appreciation to the respected professors, organizers and supporters of this international academic participation, as well as the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Ashgabat.
